Whether a photographer is being paid for photos or not, a reservation and a site fee are required. Because we are a private property and a business (and not a public park or national forest), 

We require a site fee for photography sessions. Our goal is to keep the farm special, and to grant photographers access to the farm when we are not open to the general public.

Regardless of the amount of time actually spent on the property, a $100 site fee is required for photo sessions for up to one hour of access on the farm property. Payment is due upon booking and is nonrefundable.

It is the photographer’s responsibility to determine his or her own fees and to book their own clients. The farm is expansive with plenty of beautiful areas for photography. No smoking or alcoholic beverages allowed on property.
